The BSEC PERMIS is deeply shocked by the terrorist attack that took place in Istanbul on 13 November 2022 and condemns all kind of acts threatening the lives of innocent people. It expresses its solidarity with the Government and people of the Republic of Türkiye and conveys its heartfelt condolences to the grieving families while wishing speedy recovery to those injured.
