Upon the invitation of H.E. Mr. Sergei Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, the BSEC PERMIS Secretary General Ambassador Lazar Comanescu, paid a working visit to Moscow on 8-10 December 2021, organized in the framework of the forthcoming Russian Chairmanship-in-Office of the BSEC (second half of 2022) and of the 30th BSEC Anniversary.
