On 6 December 2021 Ambassador Lazar Comanescu, Secretary General of the BSEC PERMIS, received in PERMIS Headquarters a delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria, headed by Ms. Maya Dobreva, Ambassador, Director General for Political Affairs and acting DG for Bilateral Affairs.
