Due to the insufficient number of participants from the Member States (only 5 countries registered for participation), the BSEC PERMIS in consultation with the Country-Coordinator, the Russian Federation, and with the consent of the Chairmanship-in-Office, the Hellenic Republic, decided to postpone the Meeting of the BSEC Ad Hoc Working Group of Experts in Seismic Risk, envisaged to be held on 14 October 2019 at the BSEC Headquarters, and to convene it on 5 November 2019, at the BSEC Headquarters back-to-back with the Meeting of the BSEC Working Group on Cooperation in Emergency Assistance and Liaison Officers of the BSEC Network on Emergency Assistance to be held on 4 November 2019.
