The 3rd Coordination Meeting between the BSEC PERMIS and the Central European Initiative Executive Secretariat (CEI-ES) was held on 29 May 2023 in the BSEC HQs in Istanbul, Türkiye. The first two editions of this format were held in 2008 and 2009, respectfully.
