The 39th Meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) was held in Baku, on 14 December 2018. H.E. Mr. Elmar MAMMADYAROV, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan chaired the meeting.
