Following an agreement reached during the last Meeting of the BSEC Working Group on Culture, seven BSEC Member States, including Serbia as the host country, were represented at the said Festival with a total of 24 films: Azerbaijan (2), Bulgaria (1), Greece (4), Russia (4), Turkey (1), Ukraine (1) and Serbia (11).
As in the previous years, the films were characterized by their innovative approach to cultural heritage and were of educational nature representing important discoveries as well as achievements of ancient civilizations.
