On the occasion of the handover of the Chairmanship-in-Office of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) for the second semester of 2019 from the Republic of Bulgaria to the Hellenic Republic, which will take place during the 40th Meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the BSEC Member States on 28 June 2019 in Sofia, H.E. Mrs. Ekaterina ZAHARIEVA, Deputy Minister for Judicial Reform and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria and H.E. Mr. George KATROUGALOS, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic, co-authored a joint article on the importance of the Organization for the promotion of economic cooperation in the wider Black Sea region, on its achievements up to this day and on its plans for the immediate future
