The BSEC PERMIS, represented by Ambassador Lazar Comanescu, Secretary General, Ambassador Traian Chebeleu, Deputy Secretary General, and Mr. Sergii Kravchenko, Project Coordinator, participated in the 38th Meeting of the BSEC-URTA General Assembly, which was held in Istanbul on 25 November 2021, in hybrid format.
