The BSEC PERMIS learned with particular concern about the severe damaging of the Kakhovka Dam on the Dnipro River. Such actions seriously endanger both life and environment. Our concerns are all the more serious as the protection of the environment in the Black Sea area has been and continues to be a key objective of BSEC Organization and its Member States.
