On 22 February 2022, the BSEC PERMIS Secretary General Ambassador Lazar Comanescu participated in the Ministerial Meeting of the 84th Session of the UNECE Inland Transport Committee (ITC), taking place in Geneva from 21 to 25 February 2022 in a “hybrid format”, in commemoration of the seventy-fifth Anniversary of the Inland Transport Committee.
