BSEC PERMIS constantly strives to further expand cooperation with other international organizations and establish itself as a trustworthy and reliable partner and interlocutor on the international scene. In this effort a future cooperation between the BSEC Organization and the Enlarged Partial Agreement (EPA) of the Council of Europe for the possible preparation of a Regional Cultural Route Mapping Document for the Black Sea Region, fostering Cultural Routes development among BSEC member States, was discussed with Mr. Stefano DOMINIONI, Executive Secretary of EPA, during the Joint Meeting of the BSEC Working Groups on Culture and on Cooperation in Tourism, held on 26 November at the BSEC Headquarters in Istanbul.
